Excess of sourdough/Herman starter?
Having just taken delivery of my Herman starter from ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
atreic[*], I am sure I will end up with tons of extra starter after a while, as there are only so many people who'll actually want starter... assuming I manage not to mess it up and kill it.
