Cookbook project week 3

(Colin and I decided to file this as 'Swedish' rather than 'American' because we figured the food was primarily Swedisih in influence.)
This book has a chapter marked 'dinner' so I made everything in it, resulting in three courses, not two. I adjusted quantities as there were only two of us, but there was still a lot of food. It was also all very sweet.
